How do I appeal a Canadian study permit denial?
There is no appeal process within IRCC. All you can do is request a judicial review of your application. If you are granted a judicial review and you win your case your file will be sent back to IRCC and a diffent agent will go over your application. Before you spend money on a lawyer for a judicial review you should request your GCMS notes from IRCC. They should have the information you are missing about why your application was rejected. IRCC doesn't hand out 5 year bans without good reason.
