I assume you want to cite legal rulings that override the grounds for a visa officers refusal in an attempt to convince a visa officer into changing the decision? That will never happen as the decision closes the legal process of visa assessment. Hire a Canadian lawyer to file an appeal, wait a year or more for a decision that, If it is in your favour, will require a different vise officer to assess your application. There is no guarantee that the second decision will be positive.
