What does application?
It means that someone took a look at your case. It might be an automatic computer-based step in the processing, or actually an officer did some check. Mostly thats a good sign indicating that your case is being processed. However, sometimes some serious troubles (for instance, authorized tampering with GCMS records) happen after such signs, but thats the whole different story and I hope it has nothing to do with you.
