Can backlogs affect the student visa chances in Canada?
Once you have offer letter from your college in your hand, than you are eligible to apply for student visa if you fulfill other requirements too like IELTS score, funds etc.. Nobody can say the exact chances for getting success in visa. Immigration officers are very clever and they have their points of standard to verify and judge your circumstances to get approved or not. But I have seen many students having lot of backlogs are currently in Canada and become citizen too.
