Must Ghanaian applicants pay their fees in order to get a Canadian?
There are no special rules for Ghanaians. You have to pay your application fees to get a study permit. You also have to demonstrate to the university and to the Canadian government that you have proof of funds for tuition and a minimum of $12,000 per year living expenses for yourself. You cant get acceptance without proving you have the necessary funds to study and you cannot get a study permit without and acceptance letter and proof of funds to allow you to study.
